Area 46 Treasurer

The treasurer keeps financial records for the area and reports regularly to the assembly. The treasurer is also responsible for encouraging contribution support for area and G.S.O. services.

Duties

Receive contributions from the Groups and other AA sources.
Make disbursements as determined by the Area Assembly.
Maintain complete records of receipts and disbursements ensuring accuracy of financial records.
Maintain savings/checking accounts for depositing all receipts.
Oversee and monitor all budgeted income and expenses.
Participate in the development of the annual budget with the Finance Committee Chair.
